Prior to forming CapitalStack, he served as the President and CEO of Capital Stack LLC and ACH Capital LLC, with both companies now falling under the CapitalStack umbrella. David was a financial consultant servicing early stage, high growth companies before entering the MCA industry.
Anna joined CapitalStack as its General Counsel in 2014, bringing wide-ranging MCA industry experience to the team. She is also the principal and founder of the The Rubin Law Firm, PLLC, which represents numerous alternative funding companies.
A former prosecutor, Anna served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Kings County District Attorney’s Office from 2007-2011. She is a graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and is a member of the New York State Bar and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
As the CFO of CapitalStack, Steve brings over 20 years of financial executive experience to the team. Steve was the CFO of the IDT Corporation from 1995-2009, where he oversaw the financial aspects of it’s IPO, and served on the Board of Directors. Steve founded and was the CEO of IDT Entertainment a subsidiary, which was sold for $500m during his tenure as CFO of the parent.
A partner in Brown, Brown and Associates, a tax and accounting firm; and a member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.
With over fourteen years in the alternative funding industry, Brian oversees the day to day operations at CapitalStack; managing distribution channels, internal systems, internal and external sales. He most recently served as the director of business development at Next Wave Funding. Prior to entering the alternative lending space, Brian was a Principal in a large financial and estate planning firm in the Philadelphia area.
CapitalStack’s Business Services Manager, Raymond Richardson brings over 20 years of financial industry experience to the company, working directly with our ISOs on day to day operations.
Raymond holds an MBA in Business Administration / Finance from Kaplan University, and his background includes work as a Senior Investment Consultant with Citigroup and Prudential Securities. He now brings this vast experience to the alternative funding industry and ensures that our ISOs have all of the tools they need to bring in successful deals.
Joining us from Next Wave Funding, Tim serves as our Business Development Manager, and oversees our day to day partner relations activities-including the expansion of our affiliate program and product offerings. A graduate of Chestnut Hill college, he brings several years of financial services and business development experience to CapitalStack.
Marcella joined CapitalStack’s legal team in 2014, following her graduation from Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law, where she focused on Transactional Law.
Her expertise is in International Law, with an emphasis on Commercial Litigation and Arbitration. She is currently admitted to the New Jersey Bar and is awaiting admittance in New York.
Ben has worked in both treasury and assistant controller roles over the past 15 years. Ben has written articles on corporate finance published by Treasury and Risk Management Magazine, Global Treasury News, The Bond Strategist, Risk Alert & Bloomberg News Wire. He was a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of the A.F.P. Risk Newsletter. Ben became a Certified Treasury Professional in 2001 and holds an MS in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and an MA from Columbia University.
